Counseling Services in Seattle & Bothell

  • Intake Session

    During the intake, we'll go over the onboarding paperwork and history, discuss goals for services, and start creating a treatment plan. I'll also be here to answer any questions, including logistics, billing, practice policies, and with navigating access and use of my EHR patient portal system.

    $375 per 90-minute session ($250/hr)

  • Individual Sessions

    Individual counseling appointments will focus on working toward established goals in a supportive and safe environment. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions, depending on appropriateness for the patient and my availability.


    $200 per 50-minute session

  • Care Coordination

    At times, it might be helpful to coordinate care or consult with caregivers and/or other professionals on a client’s behalf. This will always be discussed beforehand with the client and written permission will be obtained through a Release of Information (ROI) form.

    $200 per hour
